1. Definitions
Platform/Website: the Servico website and its features (tasks, offers, escrow payments, provider profiles, chat and masked-number calls).
Operator/Company: SC DESTIN ENTREPRISE SRL, a legal entity in the process of incorporation. Provisional details: Tax ID (CUI): [pending], Trade Registry No.: [pending], Registered office: [pending].
User: any person who visits or uses the Platform; includes the Client (posts a task and pays) and the Provider (sends offers and does the work). The same person may be either one, on different tasks.
2. Accepting these Terms
By accessing and using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
The Platform may update these Terms; changes take effect from the moment they are published. We recommend checking back periodically.
3. Creating and using your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all actions taken through your account.
- Impersonation, deception, publishing false information, and violating others' rights are prohibited.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have your legal representative's consent.
4. Tasks, offers and content
The client describes the job (a "task"), matching providers are notified and send offers, and the client picks one. The content of a task or an offer must be accurate, complete and lawful. Abusive, offensive, discriminatory content, or content that infringes intellectual property, is prohibited.
We reserve the right to moderate/remove content that violates these Terms or the law. Moderation happens after publication, and part of it is automated; the final decision always rests with a human.
Listings published on the platform's previous version remain visible for historical reference, but can no longer be created or edited.

5. How money moves: escrow, commission, withdrawals
In short: the client's money is held by the payment processor until the work is done and accepted. Neither the client, nor the provider, nor the platform can move it in the meantime.
- The client accepts an offer. At that moment, exactly the offer's price is held on their card. Nothing beyond it is charged, and the price can no longer change — a price change means cancelling the task and a new offer.
- The provider does the work. The money sits with the processor, not with the platform and not with the provider.
- The client approves the work. Only then is the money released: the provider receives the price minus the commission, into their platform balance.
The platform's commission is 15% of the agreed price and is withheld once, when the money is released. It is the only thing we charge on a task: there is no posting fee, no bidding fee, and no mandatory subscription to work. The provider sees the net amount before sending an offer. If the percentage ever changes, it applies only to future tasks: an accepted offer settles at the commission rate in effect when it was accepted.
Withdrawing funds. The balance can be withdrawn on request, to the bank account verified with Stripe, whenever the balance reaches the minimum threshold of 100 lei. There is no automatic payout schedule and no expiry on the balance. Only one withdrawal request can be in progress at a time.
Cancellation. As long as the provider hasn't started the work, the client can cancel and the held funds are returned in full, automatically. Once the work has started, pressing the same button opens a dispute (section 6) and no money moves until the dispute is resolved — because whether the work was done can only be decided while the money is still held.
Taxes. The platform does not withhold tax at source. Providers declare their own income. As a digital platform, we are legally required to report annually to the tax authority the income earned through the platform; the reported figures are visible to the provider in their wallet, before filing.
Payments are processed by Stripe; their terms apply in addition to ours. The platform does not see or store card data.
6. Approval, disputes and the 72-hour window
Approval. When the provider marks the work as finished, they upload evidence (photos) and the client is notified. The client has an "Approve" button, and from there the money is released.
The 72-hour rule. If the client presses neither "Approve" nor "Open a dispute", the money is released to the provider automatically 72 hours after the evidence was submitted. The reason is simple: without it, a client who simply stops visiting the platform would hold someone else's money indefinitely. The client receives two warnings beforehand, and the countdown stops the moment a dispute is opened.
The dispute. It can be opened by the client from the moment the work starts up to 24 hours after the money is released. The provider can respond with their own account. While the dispute is open, the money stays held and automatic release does not happen.
Resolution. A platform arbitrator reads both accounts, the evidence, and the chat conversation, and decides one of three outcomes: the money goes back to the client, the money goes to the provider, or it is split. The decision is the platform's, and is communicated with reasons to both parties. It does not limit either party's right to go to court or to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC).
Reviews. After payment, each party can rate the other. The rating doesn't become visible until both have written one, or until 14 days have passed since payment — so the second review isn't a reply to the first. A review cannot be deleted on request; it can be responded to.
7. Provider qualifications and regulated work
The Platform does NOT verify providers' professional licenses. The qualifications shown on a profile are self-declared: the provider checks which services they offer and confirms themselves that they are qualified. We do not request, receive or verify diplomas, certifications, ANRE authorizations, ISCIR certificates, professional liability insurance, or company documents.
What we do verify is payment identity — the provider goes through Stripe verification in order to receive payouts — and what we measure is behavior on the platform: completed tasks, client ratings, response time. None of this is a professional certification, and nothing we display should be read as one. A badge says what someone has done on the platform, not what they are legally allowed to do.
Regulated work remains entirely the provider's responsibility. Gas installations, electrical work, pressure equipment, structural work, and any other field where Romanian law requires a license, certification or specialist verification may be performed only by authorized persons. By accepting the Provider Terms, the provider declares that they hold the authorizations required by law for the services they check, and is solely liable — civilly, administratively and criminally — if they do not.
Our recommendation to clients is to ask for the document. Before accepting an offer for regulated work, ask the provider for their license and verify it in the competent authority's public registry. The platform has not done this on your behalf and cannot guarantee anything about it.
Escrow, disputes and the arbitration described in section 6 are a payment mechanism, not insurance and not a guarantee of the work. They can return the price paid; they do not cover damages, harm, or the consequences of non-compliant work.
8. Intellectual property rights
The brand, logo, visual identity elements and source code belong to the Operator or its partners. Content created by Users remains theirs, but they grant the Operator a non-exclusive license to use it for the Platform's operation (display, indexing, internal promotion).
9. Liability, warranties, limitations
- The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% availability or specific results (leads, conversions).
- The Operator is an intermediary: the service contract is formed between the client and the provider. We are not a party to it, we do not perform the work, and we do not supervise it.
- We are not liable for the quality of the work, for damages arising from it, for delays, for no-shows, for a provider's lack of authorization (section 7), or for indirect damages.
- Automated analysis (a task's price estimate, automated verification of completion evidence) is advisory only. None of it decides anything on its own: the price is set by the offer, and approval is given by the client or, absent that, by the rule in section 6.
10. Suspension/account closure
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, the law, or that harm the Platform or other Users.
You can delete your account at any time. Deletion anonymizes your data: your identity disappears, while payments, commissions and ratings remain without your name, because a payment has two participants and the books need to close. What disappears, what remains and why is described in full in the Privacy Policy, section 12. The request cannot be carried out while you have a task in progress, an unresolved dispute, an unwithdrawn balance, or a withdrawal in progress.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are resolved amicably where possible, and failing that, by the competent courts in Romania. Consumers may also turn to ANPC and the European online dispute resolution platform.
