Frequently Asked Questions
How to post a task, what happens to the money, and what to do if the work doesn't go well. If you can't find your answer here, write to us.
How do I post a task?
Tap "Post a task", send a photo of the job or write a sentence about what you need, say which city you're in, and that's it. We fill in the job type and a price estimate from what you sent, and you can change them. Your account is created at the end, with a code sent to your phone or email — no password needed.
How much does it cost? Who pays the commission?
Posting a task is free and there are no subscriptions. You pay the price from the offer you accept. The platform's commission is 15% and is withheld once, from the provider's amount, at the moment the money is sent to them. You pay nothing on top of the offer's price.
When do I pay, and where does the money sit until the end?
You pay when you accept an offer, but the money doesn't reach the provider then — it stays held by the platform. It goes to them only after you confirm the work is done. If you don't confirm and don't raise an issue, it's released automatically after 72 hours — otherwise a client who forgets would hold someone else's money indefinitely. You get a warning before that happens.
What do I do if the work isn't good?
Don't confirm, and open a dispute from the task page. You can open one while the work is awaiting your approval, and for a further 24 hours after the money has been released, in case you notice the problem the next day. While the dispute is open, the automatic-release clock stops and the money stays in place until a person decides.
How do I know who I'm dealing with?
Every provider has a public profile with their level, badges and ratings — all measured from tasks completed and paid for through the platform. Nobody can buy a better spot in the list. You can see them all on the Providers page.
Do I talk to the provider by phone? Do they see my number?
You can talk in the task's chat, and calls go through a platform number, so your number never reaches them. The exact address — street and number — is seen only by the provider you're working with, after you accept their offer.
How do I become a provider?
Create an account like anyone else, then complete your provider profile and connect the account you'll be paid into. After that you receive tasks from your area and send offers with your own price. There's no subscription and no credits to buy for visibility: the commission is withheld once, at payment.
When do I get paid, as a provider?
Once the client confirms the work, or automatically 72 hours after handover if they say nothing. Every amount appears in your wallet with what came in, what was withheld, and what you kept — plus the annual summary you need for your tax return. Taxes remain your responsibility; the platform shows you the figures it reports about you.
How do I report a user or inappropriate content?
Email us at support@servico.ro with the task's or profile's link and the reason (spam, fraud, inappropriate behavior). Content already goes through an automated filter before publication, but we still want to hear about what slips through.
How do I delete my account or request the data you hold about me?
From your profile's personal data section, or by writing to privacy@servico.ro. Deletion removes your personal data from the platform; the accounting rows for paid tasks remain, anonymized, because the law requires that a payment can still be justified after the person has left.
What happened to the listings and requests I used to have?
They remain at the same addresses and can still be read, but nothing new can be written in them: the old listings platform has been replaced by tasks. You can delete your own old listings at any time. Credits are no longer used anywhere and are no longer sold.
