Provider Terms

Version 2026-08-01. Last updated: August 1, 2026.

This document is accepted separately, with a checkbox, from your provider profile, in addition to the general Terms & Conditions. Without accepting it you cannot send offers. Acceptance is recorded with the document's version and date, so it can always be shown exactly what you agreed to and when.

1. Who you are in relation to the platform

You are an independent provider. You are not an employee, contractor, or representative of the platform, and the platform does not instruct you on how to work, how much to work, or what price to charge.

The service contract is formed between you and the client. The platform connects you, holds the funds until the work is accepted, and arbitrates disputes — that's all.

You are free to decline any task, without giving a reason. A decline is recorded and may affect how often you're matched going forward, but has no other consequence.

2. Your qualifications — nobody verifies them for you

The platform does not verify professional licenses. The services you check and the qualifications you confirm are your own declarations. We do not ask for diplomas, certifications, ANRE authorizations, ISCIR certificates, professional liability insurance, or company documents, and we do not verify them with any authority.

By accepting these terms you declare, on your own responsibility, that you hold all authorizations, certifications and approvals required by Romanian law for every service you check in your profile, and that you will keep them valid for as long as the service stays checked.

For regulated work — gas installations, electrical work, pressure equipment, structural work, and any other field where the law requires a license — liability is entirely yours: civil, administrative and criminal. The platform is not liable, either to the client or to authorities, for such work being performed by an unauthorized person.

The confirmation checkbox next to a regulated service is kept as a declaration, with its date, even if you later uncheck the service. Unchecking stops new offers being sent to you for it; it does not erase the fact that the declaration was made.

If a client or an authority reports to us that you are working without a license, we may suspend your account pending clarification.

3. How you're paid: escrow, commission, withdrawal threshold

The client's money is held the moment they accept your offer, with the Stripe payment processor. From that moment the price is fixed: the client can no longer reduce it, and you can no longer increase it. The money sits with neither the client, nor the platform, nor you.

The platform's commission is 15% of the agreed price, withheld once, when the money is released. There is no sign-up fee, no bidding fee, no subscription, and no cost per lead. The net amount you'll receive is shown to you before you send the offer.

To send offers you need a payout account verified with Stripe. You complete verification directly with them; the platform never receives your ID document and never sees your IBAN. Until Stripe confirms you can both charge and receive payouts, your offers are blocked — an accepted task we can't pay you for is worse than a task you never received.

Your balance is the sum of the lines in your earnings ledger. You withdraw it on request, to the account verified with Stripe, whenever it reaches the minimum threshold of 100 lei. The balance never expires, is never paid out automatically on a fixed date, and cannot be withdrawn through two simultaneous requests.

If a withdrawal fails at the bank, the amount returns to your balance through a new ledger line — the ledger is never rewritten, it is corrected by addition. The same applies to any adjustment made by the operator: a new line, with an explanation.

The platform may award performance bonuses. These are the platform's own money, not a client's, appear separately from task earnings, and can be stopped or changed at any time, for the future.

4. Approval, the 72-hour window, and disputes

When you finish, you mark the work as completed and upload evidence — photos of the result. You can replace the evidence only once, and the replacement stays visible as such: what you first showed the client is evidence in a possible dispute.

The client approves, and the money moves to your balance. If they do nothing, the money is released automatically after 72 hours from when the evidence was submitted. The countdown runs from the last evidence submitted and stops if a dispute is opened.

The client can open a dispute from the moment the work starts up to 24 hours after the money is released. You have the right to respond with your own account and your own evidence before the arbitrator decides. While the dispute is open, the money stays held.

The arbitrator may decide a full refund to the client, full payment to you, or a split. In a partial release you receive the decided share, and what the platform withholds is calculated from what actually remained with the client — not from the original split.

During a dispute, an administrator may read that task's chat conversation in unmasked form. They cannot read other tasks' conversations, cannot listen to calls (none are recorded), and cannot see where you've been.

5. What you commit to

6. Your data: live location, calls, chat

Live location. Your position is recorded only between "I'm heading your way" and "I've arrived", is seen only by that task's client, and the trail is automatically deleted 24 hours after the task ends. You can stop sharing for a specific trip at any time from the button on the task screen — with no consequence and without the stop being recorded anywhere. And you can fully withdraw consent from your provider profile: the effect is immediate, positions already recorded are deleted on the spot, and re-enabling it is in the same place. Withdrawing doesn't lower your rating, doesn't take away your badges, and doesn't remove you from being matched.

Calls. When you talk through the platform, neither of you sees the other's number. The conversation is not recorded. Only the time, duration, whether the call connected, and its cost are kept.

Chat. Messages are kept for as long as the task exists and cannot be deleted after sending — they are proof of what was agreed.

Full details, including legal bases and retention periods, are in the Privacy Policy.

7. Reputation: ratings, badges, levels

After payment, you and the client can rate each other. The rating doesn't become visible until both of you have written one, or until 14 days have passed since payment — so the second review isn't a reply to the first, and so your average doesn't move before you get a chance to write yours.

A review is not deleted on request. It can only be removed if it violates the content rules.

Badges are awarded automatically and are never revoked. Your level, however, is recalculated and can go down: it describes what you've done recently, not what you've ever done.

Reputation measures activity on the platform. It is not, and must not be presented as, a professional certification (section 2).

8. Taxes and reporting

The platform does not withhold tax at source. You declare and pay your own tax and contributions, under whichever legal form you operate (sole trader, LLC, or another legal form).

As a digital platform we are legally required to report annually to the tax authority, under EU Directive 2021/514 ("DAC7"), the income you earned through the platform: number of tasks, gross income, commission withheld and net income, broken down by quarter. You can see the same figures in your wallet at any time, before filing. If they don't look right to you, tell us before the filing deadline — after that, correction happens through an amended return.

9. Termination and account deletion

You can stop at any time: turn off your availability and you'll stop receiving tasks. Tasks already accepted must be completed or cancelled with the client notified.

You can delete your account, and deletion anonymizes it: your identity disappears, the amounts remain without your name. Withdraw your balance first — money cannot be sent to an anonymized account, and the deletion request is refused while you still have unwithdrawn funds, a withdrawal in progress, an open dispute, or a task in progress. What disappears and what remains is described in section 12 of the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, the law, or that harms clients. In such a case, any balance already earned remains yours and can be withdrawn, except for amounts subject to an ongoing dispute.

When these terms change, you're asked to accept again the next time you enter your provider profile. Until you do, you can finish tasks already started, but you cannot send new offers.
